How to have more energy, time, and meaning in your life!

As women, we can spend so much of our time giving to others – our partner, our children, our parents, our friends, our co-workers…….that there is very little time left for ourselves.

What can happen as a result of this is burnout and over-commitment – not wanting to let anyone down.

It doesn’t have to be this way.

It  is time to put your own oxygen mask on first. When we allow our own tank to be filled, replenished and nourished, then our lives become more authentic, more fun and more fulfilling.

I know! Most of my life has been spent taking care of everyone else. I began to resent those I loved the most. I was tired, irritable and cranky, craved sugar and coffee (and a glass of wine every night) and literally fell into bed, only to repeat it all again the next day.  I developed adrenal fatigue, acute digestive issues, candida and regular infections. On my road to recovery I discovered that by taking care of myself first, eating well and finding more balance, I became a better mother, partner, daughter, friend and professional. I learnt how to set my boundaries.  I learnt to say NO.

I created my Health and Wellness coaching program out of a desire to support you in freeing yourself from the daily grind ….to re-connect, to inspire, and to empower you to living your best life. My program is filled with a range of modalities including diet, nutrition, meal planning, essential oils, stress and mindset, sleep, self-care, meditation, relaxation, and yoga – everything that supported me in living my best life.

I have helped countless women regain control of their lives, become more engaged in their relationships and to create more space to do the things they love.   Yes, it is possible.  It is in the small changes we make on a daily basis that bring about long lasting change.
