Catherine is a Women’s Wellness Coach, who is passionate about inspiring and empowering women in living their best life. She combines her love of real food, yoga, meditation, self-care, essential oils and conscious living, to put her heart and soul into working with her clients to increase their overall health and wellbeing and bring purpose to their lives.

She received her internationally recognised yoga teacher’s certification with IYTA in 2002 and has gone on to teach yoga, meditation and relaxation classes and workshops to children, teenagers, adults, and corporate presentations. Yoga has been Catherine’s grounding to reconnect, to heal and to find balance in her own life.

Graduating from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in 2015 as a Health Coach, has equipped Catherine with extensive knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching and preventative health.  During her training, she studied over 100 dietary theories, practical lifestyle management techniques and innovative coaching methods with some of the world’s top health and wellness experts, including Dr Andrew Weil, Dr Deepak Chopra, Dr David Katz and Geneen Roth.  Drawing on these skills, Catherine creates a personalised roadmap to health and wellness that suits her client’s unique desires and goals.

Catherine writes a regular blog, “Free Yourself From The Daily Grind”, inspiring readers to have more energy, time, freedom and meaning in their lives. Combining her passions with her love of teaching and connecting with others, Catherine loves seeing the transformation and joy in her clients as they re-discover how to be the best version of themselves.She is married to Bob, has two beautiful daughters and is currently living in the Byron Bay hinterland, complete with an organic vegetable patch, two chooks, a dog and a cat.
