I’m Catherine, a Women’s Wellness Coach and I work with busy, time-poor women just like you who want to look and feel great, and take back control of their life.

Let’s be honest here.  You know you cannot continue on the path you are on. During this 12-week one-on-one coaching program you will discover how to take care of your own needs first.  We will meet once a week online for 1 hour.

I created the FREE YOURSELF FROM THE DAILY GRIND program for women just like you because I know exactly what it feels like.  I have been on the rollercoaster of life, ticking off my never-ending to-do list, seeing to everyone else’s needs before my own, feeling guilty every time I served up takeaway for dinner and resenting the fact that I never had any time to myself.

I learnt the hard way.  I developed adrenal fatigue and my immune system played up big time. Think digestive issues, acute regular infections, candida and falling into bed every night in total exhaustion, only to repeat this the very next day.

How will the sessions be scheduled?

We will determine a day and time that works best for you, and schedule these in for the duration of your program. Each session lasts for approximately one hour.

What technology will I need for our sessions together?

You will need to download a program called Zoom, and have reliable internet connection/wifi. You can use your smartphone, laptop or desktop computer for this.

How do I make payment?

Payment is accepted by bank transfer or Credit Card.  Details are on my website. There are two payment options available:

  1.     Payment in full on registration – receives $100 discount; or
  2. Three payments – first payment due on registration, and subsequent payments due on the first of each month.

What if I am unable to attend a call?

There is a 24 hour cancellation policy.  Any sessions cancelled within the 24 hour period will not be rescheduled.  If you need to reschedule a session in advance, we will work together to find a time that works for you.

What if I am late for a session?

I am usually with clients throughout the day, so if you are late to a session, it is likely that your call will be shortened as the end time will remain the same. 

What if I change my mind?

Most of us do not welcome change with enthusiasm and joy. In my experience when we decide to introduce new daily lifestyle patterns, this is met with great resistance. The mind likes what is familiar. Choosing to show up for yourself everyday, resistance and all, sends a powerful message to the brain that you are committed to choosing wellness for yourself. Knowing this, empowers you to see it through to the end.

Will it work?

My promise to you is that I will show up 100% for you. I will bring my heart and soul to our work together, and give you the support and the tools needed to be free of your daily grind. I will be your accountablility partner. My program works. All you have to do is be willing to show up for yourself everyday, and implement the guidance I give you. The power is within you.

How much time will I have to invest?

This varies from client to client.  The more you put into the program, the more you will benefit from it. Remember this program works as long as you do the work. I encourage you to use this time as a gift to yourself and to make your transformation a priority.
